We want to get rid of the “one size fits all” model when it comes to careers. Our goal is to help make the career choices that individuals make more personal to them.

Modern day careers are more than just ‘putting food on the table’; they are a lifelong journey. Our careers provide us with means to live our life the way we want to, they can help to shape who we are and who we become. Every single one of us will have a different career journey and the Careerways Planner will guide you through figuring out what your career journey can look like.
The Careerways Planner is a hardback cover which includes a ribbon bookmark and is available in two colors. There are over 200 pages including explanation pages on how to get the most out of your planner, professional advice and tips throughout. The planners have a very easy to follow structure that allows individuals to plan the many different aspects of their careers. Our planners are also undated so they can be started at anytime.
Our planners were designed to be used at any stage of the career path from starting off on your career journey to the end of your journey.
The motivation for me to start Careerways came from my own personal experience starting out in my career, I felt that there was no sense of direction and I wasn’t provided with enough information, which left me overwhelmed. From decisions such as selecting my college course to considerations that ultimately, were positioned to “impact the rest of my life”. My aim is that Careerways will provide clarity to those individuals that find themselves at any stage of their career unsure of what decision to make next like I was. I want to create a space where people feel safe to ask the “silly” questions and can create their own personal career path.
