To claim a refund just pop us an email and we will get in touch with you to see what the issue is and get your refund process underway. All returns/refund requests must be within 15 days of initial purchase and in the same condition as when delivered. 

  • The customer must ship the Item back to us at the address provided on the returns email. Once the item is received and deemed to be in the same condition as was received by you, we will replace the item with the originally requested item or a suitable alternative in the event we are sold out. If the item is not deemed suitable for a return or refund, it will be sent back to the customer.

Terms and conditions.

  • You must ship the item back to us at Careerways and once the item has been received and deemed to be unused then we will replace the item or come to a suitable alternative.
  • Items must be returned within 15 days from the date you received the order.
  • Items must not be written in or used or we will not be unable to process the request.  
  • You will have to pay for the return of the item. 
  • Depending on account provider, your refund should be received within 10 working days.
