    The Careerways Planner makes the perfect gift, if you are sending this as a gift you can put in the recipients details into the shipping address and sent direct to the recipient.

    You can also include a personal message with your order or add a card to your order, please pop your message in the “Gift Message” section at checkout and we will ensure that your message is included in with your planner.

    Delivery charges vary based on location and are calculated on a flat rate, please see below a guide to our current delivery charges.

    • Delivery to the Republic of Ireland is currently free.
    • Delivery to the Northern Ireland/United Kingdom is €7
    • Delivery to Europe is €7
    • Delivery to the United States is €11

     

    Delivery will depend on your location.

    Ireland/Northern Ireland – Shipping in the Republic and Northern Ireland by An Post should take 2 – 3 days after fulfilment. 

    UK – Orders usually take 3 – 7 days after fulfilment but please expect some delays at present.

    Europe –  Orders usually take 3 – 7 days after fulfilment but please expect some delays at present.

    USA – Orders placed for the US usually take between 10 – 20 days after fulfilment.

    We accept all major debit and credit cards from customers around the world and use Revolut as our payment gateway.

    To claim a refund just pop us an email and we will get in touch with you to see what the issue is and get your refund process underway. All returns/refund requests must be within 15 days of initial purchase and in the same condition as when delivered. 

    • The customer must ship the Item back to us to the address provided on the returns email. Once the item is received and deemed to be in the same condition as was received by you, we will replace the item with the originally requested item or a suitable alternative in the event we are sold out. If the item is not deemed suitable for a return or refund, it will be sent back to the customer. 

    Terms and conditions.

    • You must ship the item back to us at Careerways and once the item has been received and deemed to be unused then we will replace the item or come to a suitable alternative.
    • Items must be returned within 15 days from the date you received the order.
    • Items must not be written in or used or we will not be unable to process the request.  
    • You will have to pay for the return of the item. 
    • Depending on account provider, your refund should be received within 10 working days.
